I don't know how people keep count of how many rounds they put through a given gun. I buy 9mm ammo by the case but I have no idea how many rounds I have put through each gun. Plus my wife shoots when she feels like it. I have no idea of what gun she shot or how many rounds. If she is out shooting that is her time, I don't bother her.

Keeping count is mainly for professionals, and for ppl like me who can't afford to stockpile ammo. I only get to fire a few times a month and usually only have a 100 or so rounds per gun to fire.

Off topic but I've been using Froglube(got a bunch of the $.98 sample tubes) and I'm so far convinced its as good as the adds/company sales pitch claims. Tho it does take away a lot of my cleaning/relax time lol
Frog lube is the sh#%. I love it. Use it on all my fire arms

It used to always chamber a round if the slide ran but I do not consider this a malfunction since I rack the slide anyway. the spring does not have the same force it use too. I use ballistol and gun-slick pre lubber whips. I do not clean after every trip. After a class or 300+ rounds yes. It started as a range kit gun and I have 3 mags which also still run great. I probably just need a new guide rod spring and she'll be just fine.
you got a Beauty there. I'm jealous. But it is def the recoil spring it happened to my glock after about 200 rounds. So I bout a stainless steel guide rod. Now I'm happy
