Default Constitutional carry question

First post with question on constitutional carry
I will be traveling to West Virginia and see you have permit less carry now
Is that for ALL people in West Virginia or just residents reason I ask is because I see on WV attorney general web page it says it applies to all such persons regardless of his or her home state

However I contacted west Virginia state police troop 2 headquarters and wanted to verify I would be good to go and was told it is for WV residents only

Any help is appreciated thank you

Welcome to the FTF.

You'll have to pardon our criminal justice system, here
in America. It taxes it's citizens with knowing all the very
laws with which it, itself, is UNFAMILIAR...

If you can, get a CCW permit in your home state. That solves lots of problems.

Example. No permit needed for open or concealed in WYOMING. BUT that applies only to Wyoming residents. But we do honor permits from other states. Laws vary a lot from state to state.

A permit from your home state is well worth the effort.
