His current status is framed, roofed, dried in with siding and windows.

He is currenty on the plumbing to be followed by the electric and low voltage.
I believe that he will be going remote manifold Pex and PVC for DWV?

The last time I talked with him he was interested in a knowledge person for the design reviews. He has a great contractor that helps and guides him in the tricky areas.

I might be over on the highway between surplus ammo and 4wd store later today. I think that this is close to your neck of the woods.
