Default Wash. state bill would make almost all gun owners criminals

http://www.examiner.com/article/wash-state-bill-would-make-almost-all-gun-owners-criminals

The bill, S.B. 5737, proposes "banning the sale of assault weapons." According to the legislation, an "assault weapon" is any semiautomatic pistol, pump-action rifle or shotgun that can accept a detachable magazine, with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds. Any magazine that accepts over 10 rounds itself will also be banned.

Really? You think it has a snow ball's chance of passing? DB Dems are introducing knee jerk legislation all across the country. The anti-gun pukes are hoping to ride the wave of sentiment to their "final solution" of total gun ban. Write your elected officials.

Personally, I will not conform to any law that violates the 2nd Amendment! If these liberal idiots think that we'll go along with whatever their Democratic socialist party passes they find out otherwise. We have our 2nd Amendment just for this reason to fight with our guns against government corruption.

Of course it has a chance of passing. The polls don't make me happy...

Washington state is just riding the coat-tails of California. IMO. As a resident of California I can read, and the writing is on the wall. Are the people of Washington to follow suit? Time will tell.

Precedents certainly exist in other states. Question is, can WA stop Seattle from running the state like Chicago is doing IL.
