Default Open property to shoot on?

Anyone know of any open property to shoot on for free in or around the Tri-Cities?

I take it nobody knows of any land to legally go shooting on and run drills around the Tri-Cities area?

try a Google search for gun ranges in your area. or call up some local LGS's and see if they know of any.

You are a bit far from me. I'm on the wet side.
I would think you would still have a fair amount of open land over your way. It didn't get all built up did it?

If I didn't mind doing a little hiking, but you never really know who owns the property and if you are welcome on it let alone to shoot on it.

first of all i wouldn't be on property without knowing who owned it, or without permission. some people tend to frown on such activities. finding out who owns it and getting permission should be the first thing that you do.

I wouldn't for a moment suggest private land without permission.
What I have seen is public land moved to 'firearm restricted' as the surrounding areas get built up.

There should be a fair amount of public land on the east side.
Perhaps asking at a few of the LGS? or ranges.
