I would love this king cobra with a slightly shorter barrel for carry. Pops always carries a .357 __________________ DON'T BUY DELL!!!!!

Yup, carry my SP101 every day...though I keep it loaded with .38spl +p hydrashocks.
I figure thats enough for any 2 legged predators, plus I have 3 roommates in 2 other bedrooms at home and dont need to be sending slugs through the walls in the event of a situation. __________________ If guns kill people, then pencils misspell words, cars make people drive drunk, and spoons made Rosie O' Donnell fat!

On me or by me at all times is my SP101 loaded with .357 Magtech 95 grain SCHP. When $$$ allows I shoot with them also and while the the recoil is definitely present, it is very manageable. Of course. . . I haven't shot it in a dark room w/o hearing protection yet. |

Ok, this will show my age.....
Started in LE with wheel guns
Every thing from mod 10,15,66
We would plug paper w/ .38, then have to do the quals of 100 rnds in .357.
I never minded
now it's .40 Glock.
Things have changed a lot from dump pouches to three mags __________________ Keep your head down!!!! |

No worry... I bought my first "legal" wheel gun in 1967. We may be in the upper years, but at least we made it this far! __________________ *** Don't Mess With TEXAS *** Μολὼν λάβε |

Colt Trooper II 4" is by my bed side 365 nights of the year. It also tags along on hog hunts (with kills) and a few tense situations. Has been a flawless side arm. __________________ GUNS & GUZZIS |

Bought my father a Father's day gift about 4 years ago. We split the price of a S&W 686-1 and he likes the Hornady ammo for his load. Keeps the gun loaded in the closet in a holster with 2 speed loaders. |

If you think we have come a long way since dump pouches, try 12 rounds in loop holders above the swivel holster for a 5 inch Model 10. Things had an endearing habit of allowing the hammer spur to snag on a car seat, and COCK the revolver in the holster. Keeper strap ran over the trigger guard, not the hammer. Had a friend bail out on a foot chase one night. Decked the bad guy, reached back for his sidearm- found 12 rounds of ammo, HALF a swivel- and no holster. Damned swivel broke when he jumped out- his piece was in the holster, laying on front seat. __________________ What we have heah is.... failure to communicate. |
