Excellent condition S&W 586s run well under $500 - I bought one a year ago and it's a fantastic gun! I also picked up a 686+ (7 shot stainless) for just over $500. Another great gun.

Wow. Prices like that for 686's... its almost worth it for me to travel to find one. Folks in my neck of the woods are really proud of the 686 apparently.

Must be a LOT of 'em floating around in your neck of the woods considering you cant touch 'em for that around here.

Make me an offer on a blued Taurus 7 shot with a 6" barrel (plus shipping to your FFL).

If I don't like your offer, I'll tell ya straight out.

Don't tell anyone Chain but I shoot my Smith 19 better than any of my other guns!

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Yeah, i am almost deadly with my 686. My groups are WAY tighter than anything i can do with the 1911.
