It only fired 4 out of 6 rounds. Sent it back to the company, and they fixed it. Turned out to be a broken transfer bar. Now it's working fine.

The M327 started acting up right off the bat. It wouldn't extract the shells. Sent it back, and they replaced the ejector. Now it too is working.

So far, I'm pretty disappointed with the Taurus revolvers. I have a PT-92 semi that I really like, and that was my introduction to the Taurus line and I was impressed. We'll see what happens next.
How is the the recoil on the ultra lite? I looked at one at the gunshow over the weekend, love the way it felt ..how much did u pick it up for ,if u don't mind me asking..

I researched the 38 spl ultra lite and wanted one forever and got real lucky the one day i went out to the gun shop and they had not just the revolver, but the ultra lite Titanium 38 used which Taurus had already discontinued because of titanium costs or whatnot and i have to say, the grip is perfect, the shots are standard accuracy for a snub nose, the weight is heavenly, 14.0 unloaded 16.6 loaded, the price is right for the most part, if u can FIND them at academy theyre 299. (non-titanium), but most of all it feels great right in the small of my back on the right for CC. Revolvers go bang when u pull the trigger, i had problems with my s&w sigma 9mm and wanted something utterly reliable: revolver. Also something affordable:taurus. I also have the 738 tcp even though is a revolver thread, just wanna stay loyal! My girl loves that its pink!

Its honestly not that bad, to be realistic the amount of times you shoot it and its punchy recoil dont out way its lightness in weight if youre having to carry it all the time and obviously not be in gun fights everyday. For the weight, the recoil is not terrible and verrry comfy to walk with with a nice in the waistband holster.

Hit a gunshow last weekend as I always try to do if one is anywhere close, and purchased a 922 model Taurus in blue.

I noticed it because if the mag cylinder and the heavy ribbed barrel.

It was in the high 4 range, so I only paid a little under MSRP, but I liked the gun, and bought it.

Getting it home and fussing with it, the gun is well made, and a keeper.

This is my only blue revolver as I usually go stainless.

I tend to look at other brands, like Ruger, Smith, Colt, but this revolver is well made with a forever transferable warranty.

My only gripe is the grip is pretty small, will be looking for a full sized replacement grip.

[/IMG]When i looked at lite da snubbies for my wife the current taurus mod.850b2 ultra lite weighs 23.4 oz. and the competing s+w 442 15oz.I didnt want to replace her taurus 617 7 shot 357 da snub 28 oz with a 38 5 shot weighing only 5oz less.
