I wanted to know if it would be safe and or possible to shoot a 22 mag out of a Taurus model 94 22lr 9 shot revolver

I do not think the .22 Magnum will fit the cylinder.

no, not chambered for the cartridge and therefore unsafe.

Just use CCI 22LR "Stingers"...only 200 fps slower than most magnums but carries a 36 grain hollow point.... imho
