I came across this old service revolver at Gander Mountain a few months ago. It was less than $200, so I decided to buy it. I was concerned because it looked so rough, but the first shot out of this old gun proved me wrong. It's solid as a rock and very accurate. I was going to refinish it, but I think I'll keep it just as it is. I would like to replace the grips, the grips are just nasty. I'd like to replace them with the same style two piece wooden grips that are on the gun now. Does anyone know where I can find them? thanks

You might check Gun Parts Inc. (Numrich Arms) They may have some new original issue grips for it. Also Cheaper than dirt has some decent looking rubber Hogue type grips. Also Midway USA has some wood grips for it I believe.
