Taurus judge problem
Okay I have had this pistol for several years and there is a serious problem with it. This is the second time that this pistol has done this. When I shot some .45 colts through it one got stuck in the barrel. Is there a malfunction with the pistol that could cause this.

What ammo? Reloads or factory?
If the firing pin hit the primer and there is not enough propellent to push the bullet through the barrel, I would suspect ammo.

I think the biggest problem your having, is you bought a Taurus! If the round is getting stuck in the barrel that sounds pretty dangerous and I wouldn't keep firing it.

They are reloads. But I know that theses were loaded correctly because I double checked all of the power charge twice just to make sure.

I would try it first with factory loads.
Could you provide us the load data?

7.8 gr is max using the CCI300 primer.
What primer are you using?

Gary, a fail to fire, a hot load, and a squib (round gets stuck in the barrel) are not the fault of the firearm. It usually indicates a problem with the ammo. If you have nothing helpful to add, please don't add it. It will keep you out of trouble, and the mods won't have to give you a "vacation." Lets all try to be nice, and not be mean with our opinions please.
OP. I would also try factory ammo before condeming the gun. The infornation you gave for your handloads is good, but as another post said, we need to know what the primers are to ttry and diagnose the problem.
