more than likely they will end up being sold to their allies or used for training.

side note: they don't have near enough guns to make up for Piers Morgan!

If they save the guns they can throw Piers Morgan in the English Channel or we could do it for them.

I had 2 PT 145s, both had magazine issues, well documented if you care to search. Had a PT111 that worked like a charm but the trigger sucked. (pre PRO). Also a PT99, cool gun with frame safety that allowed cocked and locked but clumsy compared to my Hi Power. Currently have a Rossi by Taurus that is an 85 I believe. I will probably not buy any more Taurus autos because they just aren't mainstream enough for a good aftermarket, but they are decent guns and the new owner of the PT 145s was able to get good factory mags after a wait. Now all my Tauri??? were bought before the panic at reasonable but not punitively low prices from people who just needed the money, if that situation comes around again there may be more of the autos in my safe. They were passed on at a wash to folks who were willing to deal with lack of holsters and waiting for parts and they seem content.

Two Phrases I hate Hearing: "I'm never worried about "Glock-Legging," myself, and "Piers Morgan Said"...

P35: the Only Issue I ever had with PT-92/B-92 Mags came from a Crappy 3rd party maker. Since I started Using CDNN for Mags, both Std. & Extended,..I have never had an Issue, Period. BTW,..My PT92 has a Bar-sto Match Tube(5.2" compensated), it was my 9MM comp. Target gun in the 90's when I still shot as a Competitor... I highly endorse Bar-sto if you need to replace a Barrel for any Reason. Chatting with my CLEO last month at our Exec. Bd. HOA meeting, I noticed he carries a 1911 Gov't. He un holstered it to show me when the convo turned in that direction. He has a Bar-sto Tube. He's also a Former Army MP NCO...

Doc, it was the PT 145s that had the mag issues, Taurus knew about it and fixed it, just took some time. I kept the PT99 until a retired cop offered to trade me a complete Ranch rifle, scope, sling, case n all for the pistol, mags and holster. It is the taper barrel and has a couple issues like a crooked front sight and missing rear but I still couldn't turn it down.

I've only owned the one Taurus firearm so far (380). And the price was right when that was all I could afford, and it fits the bill for concealment in the summer time, so I've kept it around. I've had no malfunctions at all with it, even shooting steel ammo through it. I'm actually carrying it crossdraw in my coat pocket right now in the winter months, while I try to find a comfortable IWB holster for my .40.

I love the Judge revolvers too. Shot one a couple times and loved it, but I really don't have a need for it, and .45 Colt and .410 is more expensive to shoot than my other calibers. *shrugs*

Once upon a time I owned a Taurus model 669VR .357 6", it was a stainless steel 6 shot with a vent rib, it looked like a cross of a Python & a S&W K frame
Taurus Haters - Revolver Handguns

I had cylinder/barrel alignment issues, Also the crane to frame fit wasn't very tight....I sent it to the factory twice and they still could not remedy the situation. I sold it for a loss and never looked back.

I've had a Taurus Tracker 22 LR SS, 6 inch, that I bought in 2001. No issues - shoots accurately, reliably and performs flawlessly - since day one.

I managed to get a one hole grouping of six 38 Special +P at 7-10 yards the other day out of my Model 66. Holy Cow! I'm in love.
