He likely won't have much luck negotiating. All manufacturers are working overtime to meet demand. I doubt the 9 mm is high a the order list for Taurus. I have a ruger convertible. The 9mm cylinder is more of a SHTF or ammo shortage alternative. My wife used it to get used to a SA. Now all she wants to shoot is a 357 SA.
