DefaultTaurus .45 LC

I recently purchased a Taurus single Action .45 LC and was wondering if any one has had experience with this firearm? I would like advice on a good hand load, not real hot but a bit better than the cowboy loads.

I would try 6.5grs of Reddot or 7.5grs of W231 over a 255gr SWC.

I've enjoyed shooting CorBon 200gr +P in my .45LC's. They're considerably hotter than weak cowboy rounds, but they are still easily managable.
