I did what i felt was the right thing to do. Im done with taurus. I just picked up my Sig gun today 226 -45-- I have the 226x5 L1 9x19 on order.
WOW - what a gun ! I havent shot it yet. Im still reading and took it apart 2 times. I found my maker -the hard way !!!!
That's how it happens sometimes... You should be very content with the Sig.. Good quality all around. Only other Taurus I own is a tracker in .117. but you can bet I'll not be buying anymore from them.

I currently own four Taurus firearms ~ Model 85 SS 3" bbl purchased 1984, Model 66 SS 4" bbl purchased 1984, Model 94 SS 4" bbl purchased 2009, and Model PT1911 SS 5" bbl purchased 2010.

I practise every three weeks, swapping off fireams two at a time. I have had zero problems with any of the 4 weapons. I will continue to purchase Taurus firearms in the future.

Well, It all makes for good reading and education. Each shooting will have to decide for themselves.
As for my decision, after reading posting, I have made mine.
