Tarus 357 Mag problems

Recently every time i TRY to go shoot my 357 it works great for about 20 rounds, but then the screws around the cylinder get loose causing the cylinder to slide off. How do i fix this problem once and for all?

Buy a Ruger or S&W! LOL.. I'd probably send it back to Taurus. They have a lifetime warranty. I've had to send a few back to Taurus and they usually come back in 2 to 3 months.
