Love it! Its outside texture is grippy like the bottom of a mouse pad.

And it holds a SP101 well? Do you need to keep the belt real tight?

It holds it well. Not really, it stays where it's put. Now I wouldn't try wearing it in sweatpants but rests nicely IWB of jeans, shorts & dress pants.
