Default Something followed me home, plus Fred's Ruger collection in pics!

Finally picked up a GP100 Wiley Clapp Edition.

Wiley Clapp Editions are all 3 inch barrels with fiber optic sights upgraded grip, polished trigger and a "melted" look to aid in concealed carry.
Keep in mind the 3 inch frame, topstrap etc is a bit lighter duty than the other GP100's to begin with so the weight is down to 36 oz.
Still kinda heavy for concealed but at least its in the realm of the possible now.

I got the "matte" stainless steel.
And now for the pics!
(The guns in circle are from left bottom, clockwise: blued 4 inch, SS Wiley Clapp, Royal Phoenix, 3 inch SS and 4 inch SS)

Very nice congrats. The blued revolvers always get me. But, S.S. is nice too.

All very nice double R's (Ruger revolvers), but that Wiley Clapp is BFB!

Very nice, indeed. I love wheel guns and I prefer stainless. You have a great collection.

Thanks for the kind words fellas!
To me revolvers are kind of "forever guns" you cna leave one in the attic loaded when you're 18 and pick it up when you need it and you are 68 and it will fire.

Nice gun. A great looking collection. The grips on the Wiley Clapps are one of the nicest looking revolver grips around.
