Venturing a guess Rossi may work for you. I have read at least one good report in the gun press. Smith does not seem to be cataloging a 2 inch k frame but they do catalogue 2 inch l frames (go figure). Both Ruger and Smith sell 2 inch snubbies in 327 magnum. I would have to think hard about that option. I own 2 inch guns in both th e K frame and l frame variants they are great guns!
S&W makes several six and 7 shooter short barrel revolvers. Also the Chiappa Rhino is a six shooter .357 mag. The Rossi model 461 is also a six shooter snub nosed. I think there are several more but these are here for starters.
I am happy owner of a 2.5 inch L frame revolver. It is damn quick from the holster, more compact then the 4 inch and easier to shoot then j frame. That stated it is no where as compact or as concealable as my 2.5 inch 66 or 2 inch model 10.
The 686 is sweet in a truck console and a good back packing companion
