Default S&W Model 19-3

Possibly the best trade deal I've ever made. This is a S&W Model 19-3 6" barrel from early 1974. I have $200 in this when the three way trade was completed. It has the original box but no tools. This was a one owner revolver. Here's a few pics. Rich.

I will say that the 19(-3) has one of the nicest, out of the box triggers, especially the single action release, that I have ever fired.
I have fired two of them extensively in the last century, and loved them...

I agree, my 1976 19-3 has a wonderful trigger, especially single action.

Beautiful .357! Mine also is 6" and still looks good after all these years I've had it.

Absolutely gorgeous, and a great find. Good luck with it. I have a 19-2 from 1969 that I picked up a couple of months ago. The firearm is a great shooter. I have already turned down several offers for it. I am sure you will enjoy shooting that gun.

I carried one for 14+ years on duty and fired A LOT of rounds and it never let me down. It was probably the most accurate and realiable duty gun ever made. Enjoy it!
