Nice little guns- there was even one in 38 Special- but the top break design did not lend itself to really powerful cartridges. What did you want to know?
What we have here is... failure- to communicate.
was wondering if anyone might have info on the year of manufacture. And if a history letter from S&W is worth it? I am also trying to figure out what it might be worth.
with that low a serial number im thinking it was made in the late fortys. that gun could be worth some serious $$$$.....esp if made during the start of ww2 and get that letter if you can
i was refering to the .38 spl lemon simular to the airweight /bodyguard type not the top break
