Default S&W 10-5 +p?

I recently acquired this S&W model 10-5 and was wondering if it would be ok to shoot .38+p ammo out of it?

I would not shoot +p's regularly. I would shoot standard pressure and MAYBE carry +p's

What he just said right up there ^^^. A +P load will not be likely to blow the revolver apart, but it will wear more quickly than standard loads, and start to loosen up.
