Nice exchange. I really like the grips. I picked an SP101 3" .357 earlier in the month and I really enjoy shooting it with either .357 or .38 spl ammo.

I had to order some mags for the new Sig so I had ordered a Hogue rubber grip for it as well. It came in today and I'm well pleased with how it feels. I'm looking forward to trying it out...

That's way too pretty for a truck gun!

I have a SP101 in .327 Magnum and I am very happy with it. I'm pretty new to the gun scene and bought it on a recommendation from a couple friends and I really like it a lot.

Those have got some pretty impressive ballistics. What are you paying for .327 rounds?

I had my dealer order me a stock pile of ammo when I bought the gun because I was warned the ammo can be tough to find. He suggested Gold Dot hollow point for protection and suggested I buy 100 so I can shoot 80 to get familiar with them and save a box to keep as protection. I think I paid $125 for all 5 boxes. Then he got me 1,000 rounds of the 32 practice stuff. I think it was about $250 for the 1,000. I really don't remember exactly. I bought the gun and ammo all the same day and just gave him a credit card for everything.
