Default Ruger LCR 22 LR input?

Hi y'all ! I just bought the wife an LCR 38 for Christmas.... I hear nothing but good on the 38. Any feedback on the 22LR LCR? I'm thinking of having her practice a lot on it if they rock? In my past frustrations with 22 revolvers came lead shaving and buildup due to misaligned bbl, cylinders etc.... Let's hear good and bad...
Thanks

Handled one, but never shot it. For what it's worth, I've never heard anything bad about them.

I haven't heard anything bad either.

Ruger stands by their firearms though. I say buy it and if you run into problems make Ruger fix it until its right.

Myself, I would get an LCR .22 Mag for a little more punch and only a minor amount more recoil.

I had the .38 and LOVED it. My buddy has 2x .357 and he loves them. I doubt the .22 would be any different.

I have the LCR in 38 and it's great. Recoil is very manageable with +p's and regular 38 ammo. The hogue grip is super comfortable and makes it really easy to maintain a proper grip on the gun. The trigger is really smooth and the pistol is very accurate. I'd like to get a tritium front sight but for now I put some orange nail polish on the front sight to make it stand out a bit. I do armed security and I'm a thin guy. I carry the LCR is a Desantis nemesis pocket holster. It's really lightweight and doesn't print too much. I think you'll be happy with the purchase. Let us know about the 22, I'd love to get one myself.
