My wife has the SP101 in .357 and loves it. I like it a lot too. Shoots great and pretty accurate for a smaller short barrel revolver. We had a trigger job done to make it easier for my wife to shoot it. Didn't have to do that but it did reduce the pull to about 4 pounds if I remember correctly.
This gun generally goes with her in the car. I guess we'd call it a travel gun vs. an actual carry gun.
It's kinda of odd. Every revolver I've ever had either kicked ass or sucked. Where plenty of autos have given me the "meh" feeling, that doesn't happen with revolvers & I.
I'd trust it more in a fight than my 1911 & that's saying quite a lot!
Well with a revolver, there is no fail to eject or fail to feed. And if your round happens to be a "dud", you can just pull the trigger again. That's why I love revolvers.
