Default Plz help identify this revolver

I recently acquired a cheap little snub nose revolver and have looked everywhere online to try and find out exactly what it is but I haven't found an exact match. It says on the barrel "standard" cal .38 spl F.I.E Miami FL. Serial number ST04996. The Titan tiger is the closest match I've found but mine doesn't have a swing out cylinder. You have to remove the entire cylinder to reload. I know it's not worth anything I'd just like to know exactly what I have. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Sorry cant post a pic right now but I will try to get one up later if that will help.

Actually it shoots just fine. Excellent for a cheap little snub.

Classic Saturday Night Special. They were used a lot as a throw away.
