Use a Bushnell Holoscope. That's what I use on my 629 Hunter. It's a deadly combination. This setup will work great on your Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter...
Williams makes "firesites" which are great fiber optic sites but be sure to check base height like we discussed on phone. I'm betting the .350 base height will work but someone on here or even a call to williams might shed some light on it.
