Default 'Nother Super Blackhawk............

Had a couple of nice days for photography recently, so broke out the old Kodak. Some folks think all my guns come to me by way of Doug Turnbull, nothing could be further from the truth.

All blue Super, almost unaltered:

Grips are black walnut. I obtained the wood locally and sent it to CaryC for turning into grips.

Brings back memories of 30 cal blackhawk I used to have.Like a dummy I sold it around Christmas when I need money when kids were little.I paid $75
sold it for $185 back 25 years ago. I now advocate no selling firearms as it took me a second job and 25 years to replace my gun collection.

Default Mr. Bisley

Greetings Bob!

And then there's Mr. Bisley with Micarta grips, brother to Super Blackhawk.

Mr. Bisley eats 44 Mag +P++ ammo like it's candy.

25 yards, benchrest, iron sights, and 240 grain XTP Hornaday JHP, 24.5 grains of H110. It re-defines kaboom.
