The only place you WILL see that is on facebook. They will not be producing it. Since is is larger than 50 cal, you have to show a "sporting" use for it- which is how shotguns and .600 Nitro Express rifles get around the ATF and "destructive Device". ATF ruled that failed the sporting use test, and would be a Class III firearm.

You want a hand cannon? sebu is making a 12 g pump PISTOL. Registers with the BATFE as an AOW, $5 tax.

Super Shorty

Also I think it would have to have an 18"+ barrel for it to be legal since it is a pistol gripped shotgun.

What they should do is make it like the circuit judge with a stock and 18" barrel but in 20 GA or 16GA. I love one in 12 GA but not sure how it would work. The cylinder would probably be way too large!

Found the pic I was looking for; this is a Russian made 5-shot 20 gauge shotgun called the MC255 manufactured by TsKIB SOO Central Design and Research Bureau of Sporting and Hunting Arms:

I actually had a line on an Ithaca last year- but somebody smartened up the chump on what it was worth!

The Ithaca Auto & Burglar Gun was NOT a Short Barrled Shotgun (SBS, or "sawed off" in layman's terms) It IS a Class III NFA firearm, but it is classed as an AOW- Any Other Weapon- since it was made AS A PISTOL. Five dollar transfer tax instead of $200. When hijacking trucks was a popular pasttime, these were popular with truck drivers. It IS pretty much a "to whom it may concern" firearm.

Here's what they looked like- The Ithaca Auto and Burglar, By L. Neil Smith
