Need help/info on my first revolver
Hello, im new here. im not really into handguns, but recently i came across this crazy looking revolver with a "square" barrel. the old man didnt know much about it other than it was a .38. looking at it i found .38/.357/9mm on the barrel. i thought it would be cool to have 9mm revolver, so i ended up trading him a 12-ga 870 for it. from what i can find, it looks to be some gun called a medusa. i cant find much info on it, other than a couple of old, small articles.
it shoots .38 spl, .380 acp, and .357 mag nicely, but its very picky with 9mm.. i have a ton of brand new german 9mm that fires great in other handguns, but doesnt quite fit into the revolver. even with brand new winchester rounds only a couple will fit out of a whole box. i have a friend that reloads and he told me the german rounds look slightly "glocked" and there is a special die that i can buy to fix this. so my plan is to shoot new 9mm out of other guns and make reloads specifically for the revolver.
so i guess this brings me to my questions... does anyone else have one of these revolvers? do you have any trouble shooting 9mm? what is this special sizing die called? did i get a good deal on my trade? any other help/info would be greatly appreciated!!

That is a new one on me. It must use moon clips for the 9mm and 380, unless there is a way to get the proper head space on a rimless round that I don`t know of.

it doesnt use moon clips, the cylinder has "fingers" that hold the auto pistol rounds. its supposed to shoot something like 25 different calibers. its pretty accurate with all the calibers ive shot, so far .380 is my favorite....
i guess i have the black model with 4" barrel, and front fire sight.

If you look up what they have sold for online,, you will see that you DID get a great deal. You shouldn't have any trouble finding AMMO for it ! LOL
