Defaultneed help id-ing S&W revolver by serial number

I have a S&W small revolver - 5 shot 38 special with blue finish and scrooling everywhere. Wood grips with S&W logo inserts on both sides and has large gold colored logo on side opposite cylinder release. Never fired looks new.

Serial number is J652XXX

Looking for details - model - manufacturer date - value maybe

thanks

Rick,

Please open the cylinder and look on the frame where the swing arm swings out and there should be some numbers and maybe letters. Tell us what they are.
