Default NAA mini revolver help

Howdy everybody!

Yesterday, I finally got the chance to shoot my .22 magnum NAA mini revolver.
I must say, I was disappointed.
After every 3 or 4 rounds, the cylinder pin would work it's way out.
I thought North American Arms was quality stuff

Has this happened to anybody else here? What should I do?

Take a couple of pics and contact NAA. The NAA's I've seen seem to be quality made. I would like to know what they say. Thanks.

Does it click in place? My problems were always getting the pin OUT, as I have big fingers.

It does click in place.
I'm guessing maybe the detent on the under side of the barrel is too shallow, or the spring inside the pin isn't strong enough.
Good thing I finally sent 'em the little warranty activation card... the manufacturer will be getting a call from me.

UPDATE:
NAA is sending me a new cylinder pin to see if that fixes the problem.
If not, they said I could send it in to be fixed free of charge.

They're gonna ship out the pin to me today, I'll keep you all updated.

From what I've heard NAA has great CS. Lets hope that this fixes the problem.

UPDATE:
My replacement cylinder pin came in the mail from North American Arms.
I tested it out yesterday and the problem seems to be fixed.
I went through 3 cylinders (15 rounds) without a problem.

Customer service was excellent, they were polite and helpful.

I see another NAA purchase in my future
