Mention is made frequently here about logging in my shooting. I label my reloads, and use the data from the label and enter that in my log book.

The labels are Avery 2" x 4" adhesive mailing labels, and I had a rubber stamp made up for about $10. Usually use the white labels, but bought some of these bright colored ones on a lark:
