About that period many revolvers were made in Spain and Belgium. Most were pretty well made and nicely finished, and were copies of American Colt or Smith & Wesson revolvers of the period.
They don't have much collector's appeal unless one is into these copies. I've seen them going for $100~$200 depending on the condition.
