struck on the top strap of this webley is [38145/200] i know this is a 38s&w but what is the 145 mean? ---charles

Hmmm- lemme see- front sight blade held in with a pin? So that it could be changed, depending on whether you used the 145 gr civilian load, or the 200 gr military load (aka 38 S&W Super Police)
What we have here is... failure- to communicate.
