A bit of a contradiction I'm afraid, if it's cheap it won't be good (unless it's "hot" maybe
) and if you want "good" you will need to pay for it. A compromise, if you are dismissing the top end optics such as Swarovski, S&B, Zeiss & Kahles, would be something from the Nikon range. Alternatively try a want-ad on one of the better forums - such as Firearmstalk !!
Whatever you go for though make sure it's up to the heavy recoil likely on a centrefire.
