I just installed a Wolff 10 lb hammer spring in my Sp101. Should I feel a signficant change in the trigger pull? Me being the dope that I am dropped the old spring and the new spring and now don't know if I put the new spring in. The other spring a scratches at the top and bottom of the spring so I am guessing it was the stock spring, from dry firing. It just doesn't feel too different. I don't know if it is my imagination or what.

You should feel a difference but there will still be resistance there when you pull the trigger. A change of a couple pounds in a trigger spring makes big difference.
Can you squeeze both springs when they are out of the gun and feel a difference? When I get home I can take mine apart see what I can feel.

I know on a S&W the biggest benefit comes from lightening the trigger rebound spring. I generally stay with stock hammer springs as I dislike light strikes in a defensive gun. Does the SP101 have the equivalent of a trigger rebound spring?

Yes they do but the wolf kit I got had a lighter spring for that as well.
