I owned a Hawes Western Marshal in .44mag with stag grips back in the 80's but have never seen one in stainless. Would say its very rare. They did make a Texas Marshal nicklel plated with perlite grips
I don't recall one ever being made in stainless. What you have is nickel plated. They were well made revolvers. I have had a few myself through the years and they were great shooters.
