Default Which has bigger recoil

Which has more recoil between the 44 magnum & 357 magnum? Thinking on a bigger gun, but I do like some recoil.

In most cases the 44 has more felt recoil. But it is mostly about weight. The weight of the gun and the weight of the bullet(and speed of bullet). So a light weight 357 using heavy bullets against a heavy weight 44 using light loads would be different.

44 magnum but that's usually in a larger gun. A light .357 snubby has quiet a bit of snap.

Physics....
The more mass, the more energy is needed to move it.

A short barreled, small framed .357 may have more felt recoil than a 7 inch, large framed .44
