I feel your pain. I recently sold a nice looking Ruger Vaquero to a local gunshop.

Good luck hanging on to it. That is a fine gun and it would be a shame to sell it.

don't sell it get rid of your tv or tools or a car if ya have an extra one the pistol is worth holding on to

I hate hearing things like this. Redhawks are the tank of firearms, never heard of anyone blowing one up. Perfect firearm if you could only have one. SHTF situation you could line up two BG's and take care of it with one round. Run out of ammo you could beat the BG to death with the weight it has. I think I would part with darn near anything else just to keep a Redhawk. I hope you can find another way of getting the cash you need. I've parted with a fair number of firearms in the past for money and miss all but a couple.
