Nope, but if you want a great 45 revolver get a Smith & Wesson 625, 5" barrel, weapon can't be beat.

Just to be sure, you want a .45 Colt, not .45 ACP?

If you want a .45 Colt, that's going to lead you to a lot of single-action revolvers. Is that what you're looking for?

And I'm curious — why do you want a .45 Colt for your BOB? I'm not trying to second-guess you. I'm just interested in your reasoning, and it might help me and others narrow down our suggestions for you.

Ruger New Vaquero or a Colt Single Action Army. Personally if I wanted a 45 caliber handgun for a BOB I would go with a 1911 or some type of polymer .45.

Get her dirty, then clean her so she starts to respect you. When her trust is complete, she will serve you well for a lifetime!

Ruger Stainless Blackhawk Convertible in.45 Colt/.45 ACP would not be shabby. A bit slow to reload.

First are you asking for a 45 ACP chambered Revolver made by Colt, a 45 ACP Revolver made by S&W, a revolver chambered in 45 Colt, and finally single action or double action?

S&W made model 25s and 625s in 45 Colt as well and they still make a 6" model 25 in 45 Colt:
