Good luck. I only know of two commonly made versions. The Beretta 93R and the glock 18. The Beretta is way cool but very few were imported prior to May '86. None of the G-18's are transferrable.
IF you can find a Beretta expect to pay dearly (10K?) to convince the owner to give it up.
CZ makes a selective-fire (semi and full auto) version of the CZ75. Only seen pictures and heard that the Czech Army has access to them. I'm wondering how long a hitch in the Czech military would be.....
I remember there was an H&K VP70 that when attached to the shulder stock, could be fired full-auto, or 3-round burst (somebody check me on this).
There is also a Stechkin that has full-auto capability, but chambered in 9Mak. Don't see those very often.
There was also a Mauser pistol that came in full auto. Sadly the only one you are likely to find is the Berreta 93R. Good luck on that seach because if I'm not mistaken there are only 3 that are tranferable.
There is the Mauser Model 96 Schnellfuer or Model 712. Approx 100,000 were made but most went to China in the 1930's. Pre-86 Dealer samples (if you are a SOT) will be about $6,000. A transferable one will run about 12,000 & up. These are C & R guns. There is also the Astra, even harder to find.
