The sights are black on black on the Taurus M85. This sucks for aim-shots... SO, I re-did the sights.

Great!

Now I want a revolver really bad.

That was a good deal. I would've jumped on it too.

Now I have to pray for breaking the commandment that says "Thou shalt not covet".

Thanks alot.......

Good job on those sights Mark! I've done a few mods, but I think yours turned out better. What did you use for the white?

I used Tamya Paint. It's a flat white. Most any good gun shop carries gun-sight paint.

Since I shooted a Taurus 66 I fall in love with it.... I want a Taurus 66 or 65, but I do prefer the 7 shots of the 66 vs. the 6 rounds of the 65... for home defense I do prefer the 6" barrel, but to carry then I will take the 4"... of curse in matte SS finish.
Of curse that the Taurus 82 Ultra-Lite is an oustanding carry gun, a friend of mine has put around 5000 rounds on his Ultra-Lite without a single problem...

Let us know how much difference they make when you get them in. I'm betting once you see how much they help double action pull weight, you'll install them in everything. If you have any problems, just holler. Neil

I'll second that on the update after the springies! Please please!

If they work for you and you're happy with the improvement you see, I'm going to get some of them for my 65.

Thanks!

Josh

I installed the Wolff Springs today. EXCELLENT!!!! The DA pull is 9.5 pounds, and the SA is 5.5 pounds. I will do a full writeup tomorrow, complete with photos and description.
