Default Dan Wesson Pistol Pack

I have an old Dan Wesson Pistol Pack revolver with the 4 barrel set that my dad bought a lot of years ago that I now have. It's a 357 mag. I don't think it is a collector or anything, is it? I don't know a lot about it and I would like to start using it for a little hunting but if it is something I should keep for the eyes only then I will keep it packed away. It is in emaculate shape, not been shot much. From what I am seeing on gunbroker, people are asking 11-1300 for them. Anybody with anything info or thought on these, it would be much appreciated as I am kind of a novice when it comes to these pistols. Thanks again.

What's the model?
Just guessing that's it.
Looks like $310 + $65 per barrel

Keep in mind its just an educated guess based off of caliber. Really need the model, sn and pictures for a real answer.
That said if its been shot...shoot it.

A 15-2 pistol pack in a larger market area will get you closer to $1,000+ for a nice blue with 4 barrels and shrouds, extra grip, gun box, manual and wrench kit. It is a fine hunter for sure. If stainless stell 1200+ is right. Is your a Monson Mass made revolver?? I hunted hos with one for 20 years. Now have 2-357's and a 44. Best shooting production revolvers made.

No trade for this one, more than anything it has sentimental value, it was my dad's who passed away when I was 11. Although I would like a nice 10mm someday, just not right now, sorry.

I think it would be fun to hunt with. Maybe I will try to give it a whirl this fall maybe if I get some time to put some rounds through it first. The thing is in brand new shape, not a scratch on it. I don't think my dad shot it much either.

Keep it and save the money for a 10mm purchase later.

(I put every $5 bill I get away in a shoebox. You'd be surprised how much that comes to after three years.)

A 15 series, in the pac, with all the barrels, bits and pieces, is about $1100. I have had a 15 since 1976, and it is an extremely accurate revolver, built like a freaking TANK. For hunting, find a good heavy hard cast bullet- leave the 125 gr HP ammo alone. Make sure your state permits .357 (some require bigger), keep shots to 50 yds max, and it will do it's part if you do yours.
