Send it back for a refund and buy something diferent. It might a gun that has issues but after sending it back and it still isn't right then time for a different brand IMHO.

Why should you have to do anything to correct a problem with a new revolver? Accept the fact that it is a cheap gun made by amateurs and get your money back. Then buy a Ruger, Uberti or S&W.
