It really does- It was by far the best lookin of the finsh on them-

Fragile is no good. Sure looked purty though. Guessing I'll just save up a bit and hope to find a birds head Cimarron Thunderer or Thunderstorm for a deal somewhere. Or I could pick up a model P or the like, and convert it with a back strap & grips.

The Thunderer is 44/45
Check out a Lightning- Its 38
Not really a birdshead grip but very kool

Found this one on gunbroker last night. Working out a deal on it as we speak. Either buying it outright or trading for a full CAS cowboy rig plus a little cash. Whichever way; its coming home to me.
