I shot Canebrake's .44 magnum and it had quite a kick. That was enough for me. I shot one round out of it and put it down on the counter and stepped away.

Try a few rounds in this revolver with 440 grain Semi-wad cutters and 42 grains of H110. You will re-think recoil. However... There are several .357 Magnums out there that easily out-bash the 500, when it comes to wrist-wrecking.

I'd shoot it. I'll shoot any gun once just for the experience. I may never do it again, but I'll try it once.
