Charter arms .44 bulldog for Ruger p95?
Is it a good deal or no? I got the ruger in a trade along with a kel tec .32 for my p22. The kel tec is cool but the ruger is just trading material.

I'd shed the kel-tec & keep the Ruger-

Let him keep the Son-of-Sam revolver, you keep the Ruger and sell the KelTec.

I'm generally not a big fan of charter but the bulldog got great ratings. It was rated as one of the 'best guns for the money'. That said it is not an expensive gun.

You need to give that Ruger a harder look. It may not be fancy, but Ruger P-series handguns are about as reliable as they come. Nothing against the Charter, but I would be very reluctant to trade off a Ruger P-anything.

Give ME the Ruger and trade the Kel-tec! :D

The P-95 is an excellent handgun. Have you shot it?
Crazedjava is right. Give that Ruger another look.

My Charter Arms Bulldog is a piece of trash.
It was one of the first.
Maybe later production were better.
I hope.

Keep the Ruger.

My mom has been carrying the 38 Charter since before I was born and I've shot this 44 Bulldog Target Airweight and it shoots good, feels good and has less recoil than my Kimber 45.
They're made in Shelton, Ct. and come with a lifetime warranty.
