bodyguard 38 any reviews?

Looking for a carry weapon to carry inside my best

I have had one for over a year and love it.
It is my daily carry & bedside weapon of choice.
It has a very long and very heavy DA only trigger. Like 12# heavy and that takes getting used to at the range. But once you figure out where it breaks & when to aim you can hit targets at distance w/ it (15 yds or so).
Just practice with it. It is a very well made gun and easily handles .38+P loads.

Also it is extremely small, light & concealable. I carry it in a pocket holster and no one knows it's there!

Be sure to also check Ruger's LCR. The LCR is available in a .357 mag model in addition to the .38 special model.

The .357 LCR is getting scarce around my area.

I have the bodyguard 38 and i love it as an everyday carry. The only thing I don't like about it is turning the laser on but if you're a shooter you shouldn't need it.

I have the S&W airweight 642 in 38sp.. We love the gun. The bodyguard and the LCR are also very good guns. Cant go wrong either way..

I love my 637 Airweight. Great for ankle holsters.

Make sure you're happy with the trigger on the bodyguard before you buy it.

What MM said. Took me a while to get used to mine and shoot decent groups. The way it's constructed, you can't do a trigger job on a Bodyguard. You've gotta shoot it. The up side, as others have said, it's light and easily concealed.
