Blued 4" Taurus 357
A friend of mine is selling a 357 Taurus out of his grandfathers estate.
He said it is blued with a 4" barrel, but he has no idea what model it is.
His mother is handling the actual sale and he thinks she will take $250 for it.
Is it worth $250, I know Taurus' are typically crap, but with this being an older BLUED one I would think it would not be a bad gun.

Go for it. For $250. here in CA, you can always get your money back if you don't like it.

well now that I am researching while looking at the pic, it looks like it is either a model 65 (six shot) or a 66 (seven shot).
I read a couple of quick reviews and 100% of them are positive about it being a tack driver, good hunter and reliable.

I've owned a Taurus 357 and while it shot 38s perfectly, it didn't like magnums in DA. For $250 I would do it, it's a decent weapon at a good price. If nothing more then a truck gun, it's still a good price.

The Taurus revolvers seem to be a bit more reliable in functioning than the semi-autos. Good price, go for it.

$250. for practically any working handgun in CA is a good price Darin.
